Refunds and Exchanges
It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your Keep Changing bag! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 business days for a FULL REFUND (not including shipping costs), if unused.
To return your product, please contact us before and we will provide you all shipping instruction and details. Please coordinate the item’s return with us, prior to shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a mail tracking service in case of lost items as we can not be held responsible for lost items.
Your money will be refunded when we have received the item in the same condition it was sent. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the receipt, original product packaging, tickets attached, and original packing slip. Returns will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed or damaged.
