Shipping and Taxes

 Processing time:

We'll do our best to make & ship your order as possible as we can, but please allow 1-3 business days.

Shipping options & estimated shipping times:

The selected products will be shipped to you by the shipping method you will choose while placing your order. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING, via Israeli Post International Air (ECOPOST), on all orders.

* To shorten delivery times and ensure you can start enjoying the items you’ve ordered as soon as possible, some of our products will be shipped directly from the United States. Orders that include both products that will be shipped from the United States and products that will be shipped directly from our studio, will be split and the products will be ship to you separately.

Estimated shipping times - standard shipping: 

USA: 7-10 business days. (5-7 business days for products that will be shipped from the United States). 

While placing your order you can choose to upgrade your shipping method to EMS - express mail service, for an additional $15 shipping fee.

Estimated shipping times - express shipping: 

USA: 2-6 business days. (2-3 business days for products that will be shipped from the United States).  

* We will email you with the shipping info (tracking number) once your order is complete.
*We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. The package can be delayed in the event of holidays or bad weather. If you have not received the package after the number of days we mention (depend on the shipping method and destination) please contact us and we will figure it out.
Customs and import taxes:
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 
Please be aware that as the seller we cannot pay for any applicable duties or value-added taxes (VAT) charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your Keep Changing bag! If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 business days for a FULL REFUND (not including shipping costs), if unused.

To return your product, please contact us before and we will provide you with all shipping instruction and details. Please coordinate the item’s return with us, prior to shipping. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a mail tracking service in case of lost items as we can not be held responsible for lost items.

Your money will be refunded when we have received the item in the same condition it was sent. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the receipt, original product packaging, tickets attached, and original packing slip. Returns will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed or damaged.

Please keep in mind that actual product color may vary on different computer screens. 
Moreover, please keep in mind that we use the same fabric roll as the picture of the item shows, but the bag pattern may vary depending on the exact piece we used from the roll.
